Pay It Forward

I know through my cancer journey – we will receive all kinds of help from our family and friends. I plan to ”Pay it Forward” – over and over again.  
I love that phrase “ Pay it Forward".

I saw a movie many years ago with Helen Hunt and that was the title. 

 It was a wonderful feel good movie about helping people without expecting anything back, except that they “Pay it Forward “ to someone else – someday when they have the opportunity. 

It does not matter what you do – just do something, rather than sit idly by and talk about doing it with empty words.

        I took that phrase as a mantra for myself. I think the world would be a better place 
                                    if everyone sat down and watched that movie.
